Quick colour change
Two state-of-the-art robotic welding cells, with MIG, TIG, laser and resistance welding (projection and butt). We design and build welding fixtures and jigs in-house for your specific part, ensuring consistent joint quality on every batch.
A powder coating plant with a latest-generation quick colour change booth. We coat in the colour requested by the customer and deliver the finished part, with no external steps.
A press department with installed capacity from 45 to 700 tonnes for blanking, bending and forming sheet metal. With the support of our in-house workshop we handle a wide range of applications, from small parts to structural components.
Three robot-tended hydraulic injection moulding presses of 110, 160 and 320 t. We mould custom parts to drawing up to 1.4 kg, using high-quality raw materials. Our 2025 acquisition doubled the department's capacity.
Two tube bending machines: one electric with 12 controlled axes and one double-head hydraulic. We process tubes from 14 to 50 mm in diameter to create symmetrical and asymmetrical frames, with fixed and variable bending radius, with or without an internal mandrel. We guarantee precise and repeatable bends in both directions, right and left.
A complete machine and tool shop: drilling, boring, threading, turning, milling, cutting, grinding and sandblasting/shot peening. This is where we make custom prototypes and samples to validate your part before series production.
